This is the smallest of the 8 current lots available, 40 acres, located in the South West corner of Garibaldi Ranch. This lot has access on Tonzi Rd to the South and access to Vaira Rd at the North West corner of the parcel.  The size of this lot may be increased if requested by a prospective Purchaser. The property is located in the heart of the Gold Country and the new winery area of Northern California.

Lot 3 consists of approximately 40 acres in the South west corner of the ranch.  Rolling hills, oaks, and open space with views make for a quiet, serene homesite with possibilities for vineyard or horses.  See map for details and location within the ranch.  For a tour of the property please contact Dave VanDermyden at 800-850-8885.

The Ranch

In the heart of the Mother Lode country of Northern California and along the western slopes of the beautiful Sierra Nevada, Garibaldi Ranch presents a premier opportunity to own your own vision. Encompassing more than 1600 acres, the ranch was the homestead of the Garibaldi family in the mid-1800s and title has continually remained through their descendents for nearly 140 years. Now this incredible property is being made available to new owners for estate living.

Garibaldi Ranch is located between and has frontage on two main highways in the area. Route 124 connects the region to Lodi, Stockton, and the San Joaquin Valley, while California Highway 49, on the eastern edge of the ranch is the primary north-south route along the foothills of the Sierra and connects with Highway 16 providing direct access to the Sacramento metropolitan area.

Amador Creek flows seasonally across the entire northern portion of the property.  From its highest points, one can see nearly 100 miles in every direction; to Mt. Diablo in the San Francisco Bay area; the Sutter Buttes range to the northwest; and Pyramid Peak in California’s Desolation Wilderness near Lake Tahoe.  The views from Garibaldi Ranch are breathtaking, inspiring and magnificent.

Just 35 miles southeast of Sacramento, near Sutter Creek in Amador County, Garibaldi Ranch is part of a region in the foothills of the Sierra where gold is still mined, cattle graze on large expanses of rolling terrain, and where vineyards are experiencing a rebirth from generations past as sun-drenched hillsides, warm climate and rich soil combine to once again produce some of the best grapes in the world.
